Fletcher Pilates® Ped-i-Pul

The Ped-i-Pul was originally designed by Joseph Pilates to stabilize and mobilize the spine and pelvis, while balancing the shoulder girdle. Ron Fletcher expanded on the original body of work and refined the design of the Ped-i-Pul to facilitate body placement and safety. The Fletcher Pilates® Ped-i-Pul
syllabus is the most extensive in existence, ranging from simple stabilization and range of motion exercise to challenging movement patterns. The Ped-i-Pul provides the ideal standing assessment tool in both a Pilates studio as well as a Physical Therapy practice.
