Our classes are designed to help you stay fit and healthy both mentally and physically. Instead of concentrating on how to lose weight, learn to think differently: the practice of yoga will teach you to breathe and focus; the discipline of Fletcher Pilates®  will tone and strengthen your body; and the movement of ballroom dance will give you the confidence and sense of accomplishment you've been desiring. Taken in combination, all classes taught, at pilates squared will aid in this and, ultimately, in becoming the fit and well-rounded individual of your dreams!

studio policies
• Payment must be received at the time of each session.
• Payment of a series must be paid at the time of the first session.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-
transferable.
 Private sessions are by appointment only.
• All sessions require 24-hour cancellation to avoid being charged.
• Duration of each class or session is 50 minutes.
