| Our classes are designed to help you stay fit and healthy both mentally and physically. Instead of concentrating on how to lose weight, learn to think differently: the practice of yoga will teach you to breathe and focus; the discipline of Fletcher Pilates® will tone and strengthen your body; and the movement of ballroom dance will give you the confidence and sense of accomplishment you've been desiring. Taken in combination, all classes taught, at pilates squared will aid in this and, ultimately, in becoming the fit and well-rounded individual of your dreams!
